The SL-DC24K850 series is a high-performance isolated DC/DC power module specially designed for Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage Systems (C&I ESS). Based on advanced DSP full-digital control algorithms, this product integrates industry-leading manufacturing processes and high-efficiency circuit designs. As a core power component connecting the DC bus and battery clusters, the module features bidirectional energy flow, high power density and strong environmental adaptability, which ensures the safe and stable operation of energy storage systems under various complex working conditions.

1. SiC Technology & High-Efficiency Architecture

Adopting third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide (SiC) power devices combined with Triple Phase-Shift (TPS) soft-switching control technology, this design significantly reduces switching and conduction losses, achieving a peak conversion efficiency of up to 98% and effectively improving the whole life cycle benefits of the system.

2. High-Safety Topology & Reliable Design

Utilizing a high-frequency isolated topology structure, it ensures electrical isolation between the battery side and the bus side, greatly enhancing system safety. The module supports parallel operation of multiple units and is equipped with a complete redundancy design, which guarantees high reliability performance of the system under high load conditions.

Through optimized circuit layout and thermal design, it achieves industry-leading high power density. The compact size design facilitates the miniaturization of integrated energy storage cabinets and container systems, effectively saving installation space.

It features an ultra-fast dynamic response speed and can respond to power dispatching instructions in milliseconds. Supporting a wide voltage range for input and output (150Vdc~850Vdc), it perfectly adapts to various specifications of lithium battery clusters and DC bus voltage levels..
